Licensing and Applications
Please note – an Employment Agency to Provide Non-Medical Services is different than an Agency to Provide Personal Care Services. Review the regulatory definitions of these two types of facilities, which can be found at NRS 611.020 and NRS 449.0021, prior to submission of an application to ensure you are applying for the correct license. If an incorrect license is submitted, the processing of your application could be delayed and application fees are non-refundable as stated in NAC 449.013. If you have additional questions, please contact Health Care Quality and Compliance at (702) 486-6515.
