SAPTA complaint information
- This grievance form is divided into four parts, asking for your or the complainant's basic information and the nature of the complaint.
- While grievances and complaints must be filed within 60 working days of occurrence, we will endeavor to respond within 5 working days and have a resolution within 30 working days.
- Should you require an alternate means of lodging a grievance, please stipulate the desired means of communication within this form.
- Upon resolving the complaint, a final document detailing the steps taken toward resolution will be sent to the complainant.
