Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Immunization Schedules

Each year the ACIP publishes immunization schedules for all persons.  The 2018 ACIP Immunization Schedules are now available, please disregard all previous years immunization schedules and use the most current ACIP Immunization Schedule.
