SAPTA HIV Testing Program (no longer active)

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Block Grant supported the Office of HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Agency (SAPTA) HIV Testing Program operated between October 2016 - September 2020.
