Provides for the regulation of community health worker pools. (BDR 40-1190)

This act relating to health; requiring the licensure of community health worker pools by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services and payment of an application fee for the license; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
