What is the Problem Gambling Services Account?
The Revolving Account to Support Programs for the Prevention and Treatment of Problem Gambling (referred to as the "Problem Gambling Fund") was created by Senate Bill 357 of the 2005 Legislative Session and codified in NRS 458A. The account is funded through to the State's general fund, and supports Problem Gambling programs including subsidized Problem Gambling Treatment for residents of the State of Nevada.

How Do We Help?
The Advisory Committee on Problem Gambling is the main advisory board for the state's Problem Gambling Services Account and supports effective problem gambling prevention, education, treatment, and research programs throughout Nevada. Comprised of stakeholders with lived experience, experts in behavioral health, and others, the Committee helps to guide the state's Problem Gambling programming to be as effective as possible.
