What is BHCEN?
Behavioral Health Certifications for Excellence in Nevada (BHCEN, pronounced as "Be Seen) is a designation for certain behavioral health programs meeting a high quality of service. Currently, substance use treatment programs, substance use prevention programs and detox technicians can all be certified through BHCEN. BHCEN Certifications are not licenses that are required to operate, but are instead a designation of a high quality of service.
