State Laws and Regulations
“Peer support recovery organization” means a person or agency which, for compensation, provides peer support services to persons who are 18 years of age or older and who suffer from mental illness or addiction or identify themselves as at risk for mental illness or addiction.
Licensing and Applications
To apply for a license to operate a peer support recovery organization, you must complete the following:
