Visit findahealthfacility.nv.gov and follow the instructions below:
- Select “Health Facilities” from the “Business Unit” menu.
- Select “Facility for Treatment With Narcotics” from the “Credential Type” menu.
- Click “Search” to view the list or “Generate Excel” to get the list in a spreadsheet.
State Laws and Regulations
“Facility for treatment with narcotics” means any person or any public or private facility that provides a narcotic treatment program described in 42 C.F.R. Part 8.
Licensing and Applications
To apply for a license to operate a facility for treatment with narcotics, you must complete the following:
