State Laws and Regulations
“Facility for the treatment of abuse of alcohol or drugs” means any public or private establishment which provides residential treatment, including mental and physical restoration, of abusers of alcohol or drugs. It does not include a medical facility or services offered by volunteers or voluntary organizations.
Licensing and Applications
To apply for a license to operate a facility for the treatment of abuse of alcohol or drugs, you must complete the following:
- Apply for a new license/renew an existing license - myhealthfacilitylicense.nv.gov
- Checklist for facilities for the treatment of abuse of alcohol or drugs
- Plan Review Application
- Food establishment application for the kitchen permit
