Agency to provide personal care services in the home (personal care agency)

“Agency to provide personal care services in the home” means any person, other than a natural person, which provides in the home the services authorized pursuant to NRS 449.1935 to elderly persons or persons with disabilities.

Licensing and Applications

Please note – an Employment Agency to Provide Non-Medical Services is different than an Agency to Provide Personal Care Services. Review the regulatory definitions of these two types of facilities, which can be found at NRS 611.020 and NRS 449.0021, prior to submission of an application to ensure you are applying for the correct license. If an incorrect license is submitted, the processing of your application could be delayed and application fees are non-refundable as stated in NAC 449.013.
