HCQC Technical Bulletins

This page contains Technical Bulletins issued by the Nevada Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC). These bulletins are created by HCQC staff to inform various health facilities about issues related to statutes and regulations, specific health-related processes or issues, medical information or other pertinent topics of interest to the industry. Bulletins are reviewed and approved by the administrator of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health and by the Nevada chief medical officer prior to dissemination.
