Trauma Designation

The State of Nevada EMS program moved the trauma designation application to our online application portal, ImageTrend. If you are applying for or renewing a trauma center designation you must create an online account here. Once you create your account contact the EMS Program at HealthEMS@Health.nv.gov and request access to your respective Trauma Center.
