• Residential facility for groups - adult group care/assisted living (AGC)
• Businesses that provide referrals to residential facility for groups (BPR)
• Community triage center (CTC)
• Home for individual residential care (HIC)
• Halfway house for recovering alcohol and drug abusers (HWH)
• Intermediary Service Organization (ISO)
• Facility for modified medical detoxification (MDX)
• Facility for treatment with narcotics - methadone clinic (NTC)
• Agency to provide personal care services in the home - personal care agency (PCA)
• Facility for transitional living for released offenders (TLF)
• Treatment Programs for Persons Who Commit Domestic Violence
• Community-Based Living Arrangements (CBLA)

State Business License/Certificate of Exemption Requirement
